Dual passions for gardening and handmade pottery have lead to the creation of Roji Pottery Studio.
We began designing horticultural pottery for our own plants for over eight years now, and we are
pleased to offer our planters and cachepots for sale to plant and orchid enthusiasts across the
country who would like something very different from what is available in the local garden centers.

Roji pots are a good investment! Roji strives to design strong, re-usable planters that provide for the cultural requirements of plants while complementing and enhancing their natural beauty.
Stoneware is stronger Each pot is hand "turned" on the potter's wheel using red, brown, and naturally speckled stoneware clays which are then fired to 2250°F., producing planters that are denser, more durable, and less porous than the earthenware clays used for inexpensive flower pots.
Individually hand-decorated and numbered We are not a mass production studio. Each pot is hand-tooled and decorated using minimal stains and glazes in order to retain the natural earthy colors and texture of the clay.
Art comes to life "Pots are containers. They affect their contents just as their contents affect them." ² The ephemeral beauty of your flowering orchid in a Roji pot becomes a dynamic living art form.
